Who We Support
Abilitive works with NDIS participants who want practical, hands-on support with daily life, community access, transport, building independence and work readiness. We welcome adults and young people, as well as families and support coordinators looking for a responsive, flexible provider.
Based in Highett, we support participants across Melbourne's inner and bayside suburbs, including Melbourne, Bayside, Port Phillip, Glen Eira, Stonnington, Yarra, Kingston, Greater Dandenong, Monash and Whitehorse local government areas.

How We Work With You
We start by listening to your goals, preferences and routines, then build supports around what matters most to you. Our team comes to you at home and in the community, making it easier to fit support around work, study, family and health appointments.
We work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants, and stay in touch with families, support coordinators and other professionals to keep everyone on the same page.
