Welcome to your onboarding hub. Before you can begin working with Abilitive, you must complete all required compliance checks, training modules and document uploads listed below. All items are mandatory and must be completed before your start date.
You must hold or complete each of the following before your first shift with Abilitive:
All NDIS workers in Victoria must hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check. Apply online through the Victorian Government:

If you will be working with participants under 18, you must hold a valid Working With Children Check. Apply or renew through the Victorian Government:

You must hold a current Provide First Aid certificate (HLTAID011). This can be obtained through registered training providers such as:
Your CPR certification must be current (renewed annually). This is typically included with your First Aid course, but if it has expired separately, please renew it through the same providers above.
While not always mandatory if you have an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a National Police Check is recommended. You can apply through:
If your role involves transporting participants, please upload a copy of your current driver’s licence.
If you hold personal insurance relevant to your role (e.g. professional indemnity, public liability), please upload copies below.
All training modules below are mandatory and must be completed before your start date. You will receive certificates of completion for each module — please upload these using the form at the bottom of this page.
Complete the free NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Quality, Safety and You) through the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission:

You must complete all 9 of the following modules through DSC (Disability Services Consulting) On-Demand Learning. Your manager will add you as a learner and assign these courses to you. Once you receive access, please complete all modules and upload your certificates of completion below.

Total estimated training time: approximately 4 hours across all 9 DSC modules plus the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
